BRABAND Bistro & Wein in Hamburg

We celebrated our wedding in Braband in October. Our inquiry was answered very quickly and in a friendly manner. In the banquet folder, which can be viewed on the website, several menus and buffets as well as different table arrangements are suggested so that you get a good overview before the first conversation. During the discussions on site and of course on the day of the celebration, our requests were always taken into account. Both the service and the food were highly praised by the guests. Several of our guests are already planning their next visit to Braband, which hopefully will be possible again soon. (thanks to Sarah Blum for the photos)

Professional staff, i got a table even without reservation. Tasty food, nice wines and beer, cozy location at the river shore. Recommended!

Very nice location with a wonderful view of the Alster! The wonderful sun terrace is of course particularly suitable for sun worshipers. Nice service. The menu is small but nice.

Great location, unfortunately a bit narrow-minded and too high prices. The Braband is right on the stairs to the Alsterlauf. It borders on a park-like area. The outside area is shaded by a large tree. Inside it is nicely furnished, but very sensitive to sound, it reverberates very strongly. The food is OK, as are the drinks. But the reason to go here is to have a wine outside on a mild evening and look at the Alster ...

Great location, great service, very good food! We were in Braband as part of a wedding party and had a super nice day. Our extra wishes were implemented without any problems, the team gave everything to make the day perfect for the bridal couple. We would love to come back :)

Food seems good, but it took several attempts to get a voucher. At first no time, then you couldn't find the form on the PC, then the voucher was finally created and ready to be picked up, and when I wanted to pick it up, it was suddenly gone. And: the second service employee immediately found the file on the PC and was able to issue a new voucher within a few minutes. Please better staff briefing, vouchers are actually nothing difficult ...

Today we enjoyed the summer gourmet menu with a table directly at the Alsterlauf, for 2 people without drinks € 69, 3 courses. Very decent. Very good service, nice ambience, food consistently good and prices quite reasonable. Everything is quite small, so I would definitely make a reservation so that you have a nice space. I can recommend it.

Outrageous prices ... the price-performance ratio is unfortunately not at all. We let go of the food because it was completely cold. The operation is inexperienced & incompetent. Our food was taken from under our noses without asking if they could take the plate from us. We were kicked out an hour after arrival because the shop wanted to close. At least they wanted to give us the rest of the wine ... haha. We will never eat there again & do not recommend it to anyone.

A beautifully located restaurant - chic inside and out, with a feel-good atmosphere! In addition to the really delicious food and drink, the very good and friendly service is particularly worth emphasizing. Everything was right here today! We will be back definitely!

Very tasty candied goat cheese eaten. With figs, rocket salad. Juicy bread with it. As a starter or as a meal in between. Staff very friendly and the view of the Alster run also nice.

Nice little terrace on the Alster. Far and wide, there is apparently no other restaurant. You can enjoy wine and fine food, the kitchen is good. Also a tarte flambée as a small meal is available here. But you have to bring time; some of the staff seems a bit overwhelmed, but a lot of effort.

At a quiet spot by the river, this restaurant is just 5 minutes by cab from the airport - a much better option than eating in an airport hotel. When I visited they were serving an excellent barbecue buffet which we ate on their riverside terrace.
